At Iconic. Press, we’re committed to making sure you absolutely love your nails! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as your item meets the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (this includes undamaged nail trays, boxes, and wraps).
Your order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. Any unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Please Note
Worn or used nails cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Custom sets and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Items purchased using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different set, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order using your store credit.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@iconicpress.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending your item back.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds are issued for full-price items only and will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your return in its original condition.
Sale or discounted items will be issued a store credit only.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
